Be prepared, this is a lengthy post.
Just before Thanksgiving break I came up with my roommates and with some friends here we went and saw New Moon. It was a ton of fun and was a way good movie.

Thanksgiving break was awesome. The semester was coming to a close and I was ready for a relaxing break. We spent the week hanging out, playing games, and seeing/watching movies. On Thanksgiving morning Dad, Erin, Devin, Brandon, and I went up to the shooting range and we shot guns. It was my first time and I didn't do too bad. I will admit however, that I was scared with all the shooting going on, it was loud and I thought I might get hurt.

I don't know about you, but Brandon looks a little to happy to be holding a gun
Erin looks a little frightened to me
My first time shooting a gun, and if you look closely at the red circle, I got a bulls-eye

Brandon looks like he belongs to the mafia
That Saturday of Thanksgiving break was the BYU vs Utah game. The Holy War. It was intense and ended very well.
Just hanging out at the game

We won! Go Cougars!
I finished up the semester of school the second week of December and started my Christmas vacation with Timpview's A Cappella Christmas concert. This concert is special because at the end of the concert all the alumni join the choir on stage for two numbers.

I was out of school a week before anyone else so while they were finishing up, I helped Mom get everything ready for our Cruise. Yes its true, we went on a cruise over Christmas to the Mexican Rivera. It was for our Call family reunion and it was a blast to see everyone again. Friday the 18th, we went to Nicole's graduation from Nursing school (Wahoo!) and then drove all night to California. We got to the port and did all the checking in, and after waiting a while we were able to board the ship. Saturday was spent just relaxing, eating, and exploring the ship.
Sunday we woke up and had a church service in one of their theaters. We opened it up for anyone on the ship who wanting to come, and we had from about 160-180 people show up. It was amazing. Since it was Sunday and we were at sea we spent the rest of the day playing games, eating (of course), and some more exploring of the ship. Monday we got to Cabo San Lucas, our first stop. We split different ways to do different activities. Including, whale watching, scuba diving, golfing, shopping, and playing at the beach. I went whale watching and it was fun. You never really know how big whales really are until you see them right next to your boat.
Tuesday we were in Mazatlan. The activities our family did there were an ATV exploration around the island, shopping, and playing at the beach. Our family, along with some of the Calls, did the ATVs. It was fantastic! We rode through a town, on the beach, and just around the island to explore. It was so much fun and we had a blast racing each other. Wednesdays activities in Puerto Vallarta included more shopping and playing on the beach, and swimming at a water park and with dolphins. Dad, Mom, Grandma Call, Marcus, Erin, and I all went to the water park on the island. Dad, Grandma, Erin, and I swam with dolphins there inside the park. It was the best thing in the world! It has always been my dream to swim with dolphins and I was finally able to accomplish it.
Thursday and Friday we were at sea on our way back to California so our time was spent laying out, swimming, relaxing, playing games, and eating on the ship. It was so nice to have things to do and a variety and unlimited supply of food to eat. Almost every night we did Family Karaoke in one of the lounges and it was awesome. We went to lots of show/performances and enjoyed being able to be carefree. Saturday morning, the 26th, we got back to California and began our drive back to Utah. We spent the night in St. George and then continued the drive Sunday morning.
For New Years lots of family showed up in town so along with them we had the family that was already in town come over for a party at our house. It was so nice this season to not only spend a lot of time with the Call family, but since a lot of the Horne family was in town we got to see a lot of them as well. Now after the holidays, I am just trying to get back in the swing of school and waiting for the day when I can relax when this semester is over. (And sadly the semester just started).
